Commercial buildings underway in Stock’s exciting new mixed-use project in Estero

Stock Commercial, a division of the highly respected Stock Development, has announced that construction of the two commercial buildings at its mixed-use project, Estero Crossing, is well underway.

Estero Crossing, located on the south side of Corkscrew Road just west of 1-75, will feature approximately 60,000 square feet of retail space facing Corkscrew Road, as well as six three-story luxury apartment buildings with a total of 306 residences positioned directly behind it.

Keith Gelder, president of Stock Commercial and Stock Luxury Apartment Living, noted that Stock is intentionally focusing on the commercial portion of the project first and then will focus on the apartment portion.

“We believe it is important to complete the front retail space to essentially activate the project and provide a host of dining options, services and amenities for our future residents as they move in, as well than expanding options for families living in the area,” he said.

Commercial pre-letting has been ongoing for several months now. The latest to sign is a company that future apartment tenants and local residents will surely benefit from on a daily basis: Dunkin.

One of the first companies to sign was Oak & Stone, a neighborhood craft beer and artisan pizza restaurant focused on good beer and gourmet tavern fare.

Gelder confirmed that two other restaurants have also signed leases.

Crisp and Green is a health food restaurant that offers chef-prepared salads, cereal bowls and smoothies. The other is Chicken Salad Chick which offers a wide variety of chicken salad sandwiches as well as sides, soups and treats.

Other companies with signed leases include OrangeTheory Fitness, a boutique fitness studio, Restore Hyper Wellness, which claims its services boost energy and metabolism to increase the body’s natural healing abilities, and paint company Sherwin Williams. .

According to Gelder, the commercial space at Estero Crossing will be very pedestrian-friendly with excellent connectivity to adjacent residences. The attractively designed mixed-use project will feature brick-paved walkways, lushly landscaped courtyards and convenient seating areas to be enjoyed throughout.

“Estero Crossing’s first two commercial buildings are currently expected to be completed in May 2022,” Gelder noted.

The luxury apartment element of the mixed-use project is officially named “Corsa at Estero Crossing”. This luxury apartment community will offer a variety of one, two and three bedroom floor plans.

Inside the apartments, residents will enjoy expansive 9-foot 4-inch ceilings, contemporary wood-style floors, spacious walk-in closets, balconies and patios, high-speed fiber optic internet, ceiling top of the line. fans and USB charging ports. Residents will also have access to all floors by elevator.

Kitchens will include energy-efficient stainless steel appliances with flat-top stoves, side-by-side refrigerators, built-in beverage/wine coolers, oversized islands with shaker-style hardwood cabinets, high-end plumbing fixtures range and quartz countertops and undermount sinks.

Corsa’s spectacular two-story, 10,000 square foot Clubhouse will be the centerpiece of the community. Amenities will include a resort-style pool with an expansive sun deck, private cabanas, grilling stations and a fire pit lounge. The outdoor living space will also include a large, relaxing veranda for social gatherings.

Inside the clubhouse, residents will enjoy all the amenities expected in a Stock community – and more. These facilities include a show kitchen, lounge, media room, card and game rooms, golf simulator, conference room, business center and even a bowling alley.

Ascending to the second floor of the clubhouse, residents will be delighted by the 3,000 square foot fitness center. It will include the latest strength and cardio equipment, a yoga studio and virtual fitness programming.
